Begins Wednesday, October 1, 2008 and ends Monday, January 5, 2009 at 11:59pm ET.

1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Fall 2008 MSG Insider Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal U.S. residents, age 13 or older. Winner and/or Legal Guardian (if minor) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Waiver/Release and complete a W-9 form to be awarded the prize. Such forms will be sent to the selected winner on or about the date the selected winner is notified, and if not completed and returned to Sponsor within the time frame indicated, an alternate winner may be selected. Employees of Madison Square Garden, L.P. ("Sponsor"), its parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, its advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of the above are ineligible. The term "immediate family" shall mean spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents and grandchildren. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts in the State of New York.

To enter: Sign-up for the MSG Insider newsletter at www.msginsider.com, www.radiocity.com, www.thegarden.com, www.beacontheatre.com or www.wamuatmsg.com from, October 1, 2008, through January 5, 2009 at 11:59pm ET and you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes with a chance to win. Current MSG Insider members may enter by logging into their account, checking off the Sweepstakes entry box and submitting their entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address. Winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. All entry forms become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, ineligible, damaged or misdirected entries or any typographical or other errors in the typing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. If, in Sponsor's opinion, this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or the online portion thereof) and, in such even, to select winners for any remaining prizes by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension.

3. Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly chosen to receive one (1) pair of tickets to the twelve (12) events of their choice scheduled to take place in 2009 at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre and/or the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden. A total (12) of twelve pairs of tickets will be awarded and all selected events must occur on or before December 31, 2009. No more than two (2) tickets per selected event will be allowed. Selected events may include concerts, family shows and/or sporting events. Tickets are subject to availability and some restrictions apply; not all events will be available for selection, including but not limited to the Tony® Awards, private/special events and concerts where tickets are not available to the public, and post-season sports team play. Sponsor shall determine exact seat locations, which may vary for each selected event. Total Estimated Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,800

4. Selection of Winner: Winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing to be conducted on or around Friday, January 9, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or U.S. mail.

5. Prize Restrictions: One prize only per person. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No prize transfers permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any expenses not specifically described as part of the prize. If winner is a minor, he or she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian to the events. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of winner.

6. Liability: By entry into the Sweepstakes, winner agrees that Sponsor shall not be liable for (i) injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded; or (ii) any failure of the selected performance to take place (in which case, Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute the prize). Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrants' granting Sponsor permission to use their name and/or likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation or approval.
